Actively observe the mix of activities on which I spend my time; improve the mix to make myself happier, healthier, more productive.

Get enough sleep to be happy and productive while I’m awake.

Get enough exercise to maintain my happiness and fitness — physical and mental.

Maintain presence and focus during each activity.
